I purchased Shenmue from Kashell this past week. The game shipped incredibly quickly and was very well packaged; he did an excellent job.

There was a slight issue with a component of the game being missing even though it was mistakenly sold as "complete". He immediately recognized the error and instantly bought and shipped the missing item to me. He was in close contact with me over Facebook making sure it arrived safely as well.

Overall, he is an amazing seller with excellent communication and dedication to those that he does business with. I would definitely recommend him, I have no complaints! Thanks man!
