If you look at the history, a mod changed the title, not the item number.

According to MobyGames and Wikipedia, this game was not released in Japan, though I'm not sure which game the guy has in his collection. Just thought I would bring it up.

Also, should this be in the database as hardware? Or at all? I'm not sure.

Alright so here we have Shadow Warriors (That's Ninja Gaiden's EU name, the point is that I was aware of that when I edited it). 

This item was using the orignal US, even though the boxart says otherwise, wasn't even using the alternate name field. I just submitted an edit to alter the name accordingly:

Turns out it was there anyway, so it was a duplicate with the wrong name all along
