Oh, I wasn't getting just one single 8gb stick of ram, it's the 2 sticks of 4 like I had before, it's just how I wrote it out lol
So your getting another 2x4gb to match your current 2x4gb?
Yeah just the same ones I bought before to double it.
That would fall under what i said before. two different kits of the same brand of ram will still hold the same risk of nothing working or being unstable. Not all rams are made the same nor are they compatible regardless If they are the exact same module type, brand, and etc.
