52 Game Challenge 2017

Personally I found both Tales games I've played to be pretty easy. I found the artes that I liked, picked characters that could do healing, and with items, I rarely lost a battle.

I think it's the quick item spamming that in part made these Tales games too easy. (Sure it decreases your grade, but that was a small sacrifice to me)

Normal modes are usually pretty easy. The higher difficulties in Abyss weren't worth trying until much later since enemies became damage sponges. Symphonia's were really fun on a higher challenge.

If you don't play a new game plus, then a loss in GRADE is nothing to worry about.

I started it last night! I only played for about an hour, but I really enjoyed it!

I was cracking up making my character. Those face options though. I made my character have this dead stare, with squinting eyes and a frown like she's eternally fed up and pissed off about everything (because she's probably going to die a whole lot, haha)

Yeah, she will die a bunch. ;_; But, she'll become a stronger individual because of it. I believe in her (and you).

Was able to just beat one game over half of the 52 during half of the year, I need to be a bit quicker tho lol

7. Shovel Knight: Treasure Trove

• Start - June 3
• Finish - June 5
• Total Time - 8-9 hours

I decided to get Shovel Knight after always hearing about how great it is. The difficulty level is definitely a nice change of pace from most games and it was fun at the same time, but kind of short.

Edit: This was only Shovel Knights campaign

Oh man, I didn't hear too many positive things about Lunar: Dragon Song but damn, your review made it clear how horrible this game is. What the hell were they thinking?

That might have been the problem: they weren't thinking.

If they were, they were either tripping on some MvC2 levels of stuff or they just wanted to do something so sinister that it ruined the Lunar name for good.
