Hello everyone
We all have been there when we have gone too far down the reddit rabbit hole or spent too long looking up odd things or have just gotten suckered into clicking on something awful on facebook by a troll and found something that truly baffled us and something that gave us the 1,000 yard stare in a hypothetical internet sense.
What is the most shockingly mortifying, disturbing, gross or just out right scarring thing you have even seen during your internet endeavors?
DO NOT CONTINUE IF YOU ARE SQUIRMISHFor me it was this video that I found on a shared facebook post. The video starts off with a diagram blueprint of some sort of mad science expiriment the soviets were contemplating during world war II the bring a dog back from the dead with a zombie head. It's a dog head sketched that is decapitated and it has these tubes attatched to it with this irrigation system. They basically form oxygen in the blood through pumps and pump it through the severed dog head's brain causing it to stay mentally active and alive although completely detatched from it's body. Basically a floating head.
That's all well and fine, I can handle a drawing. But than it shocked me. Because I was so baffled they thought of something so ridiculously sinister but than the footage changed and it was a demonstration of it actually being done.
Their was this bubbling blood silo with a damn dog head decapitated on a table and they were banging this hammer near it's head to show it flintch and get scared showing it was still alive. They put citric acid on the dogs nose and it licked it off even though it was a completely lifeless head. Black and white with just this mad scientist with these creepy gloves. It was just like a nightmare as most of the underbelly of world war II was. The dog head was free of soul but still balancing on both our plain and the other side. It was truly mortifying to me and kept me up a few nights.
It kinda humbled me. Sorta like how I don't get effected by lines at normal stores because of black friday lines. Once you been in the thick of it you kinda learn to accept the minor things
.
What is the most awful thing you ever seen on the internet during your tenure? Anything that really sticks out?
