Also, if you add a Canadian game, do not put into the description that it is Canadian version. You only need to put into there where it was released if there is no TLD. Otherwise it is just duplicate information. The words English and French are proper and should not be typed in all lower case.

We have a problem. About 3/4 of our database claims that the name should be "Need For Speed: Most Wanted: A Criterion Game" and the rest of the items claim it's just "Need For Speed: Most Wanted". All of Gamefaqs.com uses the longer name, while almost all of the other smaller sources uses the shorter name.
So what the hell should we call this game? I need to know what name to give to the canadian version that I'm going to add to the database.

While I'm importing all my canadian games collection into the database I created the "canadian" NFS Shift for PS3:

But after more digging, I found out that ALL the NFS Shift released in NTSC-U/C were "canadian" versions, or rather, had the english + french translations, even the Greatest Hits version. There was never a entirely english box art released in north america. That means that the version that was already in the database is the correct one, so I would like to get my "duplicate" deleted please.

Thanks. So how should I write it then? "Game Title [CA] [MX] [US]"? or maybe just "Game Title [CA] [MX]"? or any other order?
Edit: Also, I have acessories and console boxes that are canadian versions. Should I add [CA] just like I do with canadian games or should we ignore TLDs for accesories/consoles?

What should I do with a "latin north american" release? I have a couple of PS3 games that are trilingual (english + french + spanish) and the game number has a "L" (probably for "Latin") at the end. (example: BLUS-30218L).
There isn't even a mexico TLD so sould I just use [ES]? And do I also have to include [US] or should we omit it since those trilingual versions probably never came out in the usa?

Thanks for your reply. Sorry for saying you didn't read your own rules lol, now I understand why it was rejected. I searched for an american version of this UMD on the internet but didn't find a single picture, only canadian versions. But I did find the american PSP Assassin's Creed edition box, where the movie is bundled, so it does exist. If any american in here has the bundle, I recommend them to submit their version of the movie in the database.
Edit: I would also like to announce that I will scan all the box art of the games that I own that has no box art in our database (99% being canadian games) in a few days. So don't worry if I keep submitting canadian games without an image for a while, I will edit them all with my scans later.

The official style guide says the following:
"Games released in multiple countries within the same region/category: No two items within a category should have the same item name. For categories that reflect continents such as North/South America or Europe or general categories such as Hardware or Accesories, etc, the item title may use a suffix to indicate which country/countries an item was released in. Brackets [ ] "
So of course, me being a quebecker and having most of my collection in canadian format which is different from the us, I use [CA] in my listings to distinguish the canadian versions from the us versions. But my recent edit to an item I listed myself a while ago was rejected, even though it's clear on the pictures that it's the canadian version. I think that admin didn't read the official style guide properly. Anyway, here's the item in question:
