Modern Video Games / Should the New Nintendo 3DS be considered a new system?

I doesn't seem to be an add on like the Sega CD, Sega 32x, or Xbox Kinnect. I does play 3DS games but it does have it's own exclusive games (or game rather). Just wondering thoughts and opinions.

Unless that's unreasonable. Just thought it would be more organized that way.

I wish Nintendo had their own online store and they tell people they have to make the game THEN ship it to you so it will take a lot longer but they don't overstock AND we get physical copies. Just cut out the middle man. I'm sure there's a lot more problems with this but a fanboy can dream right?

Just wondering what the logic is on this. On the pie chart on my main page it shows that my Atari 2600 and my Atari 7800 games are in the same category, and in my wishlist it shows that Atari 2600, Atari 5200, Atari 7800, Atari Jaguar, and Atari Lynx are all just under Atari.

GameBoy, GameBoy Color, and GameBoy Advance are 3 separate beasts though. Not necessarily saying its wrong, just wondering how that is.

I apologize, I'm still fairly new to the site.

Thanks I'll try GS and see what they can do. Online it says there's not one in stock within 100 miles of me O.o

I really hope that rumor isn't true, does Nintendo just hate money? I think it's weird they aren't making more Majora's Mask 3DS's, most Amiibo, and now this game? Ugh, I wanted to play and finish this version of the game before I start Majora's Mask 3D.

We all want Half-Life 3, Shenmue III, Mega Man Legends 3 and many other sequels. Square Enix blue-balled everyone at the Sony conference because we all want Final Fantasy 7 HD.

Are there any other games that have been teased that you wish could finally be a reality? And how come these companies won't make them when there seems to be enough of a fan base to actually buy them? (We all wanted another Mega Man game and Mighty No. 9 is that relief)

Do you think major Devs/Publishers should go to Kickstarter?

I'm thinking about getting a Power Base Mini because the Power Base Converter and the original Sega Master System are a bit out of my price range. I have a Genesis model 2 with a Sega CD model 2 and Sega 32x attached to it. Do I need to take off the 32x to use the Power Base Mini?

Is anyone selling a Master System or Power Base Converter for around the price of the Power Base Mini?

Modern Video Games / Amiibo Selling Out So Quickly

So the Super Mario Set of Amiibo was available for pre-order on Amazon yesterday. By the time I caught it, Toad was already sold out but now it seems that all of them are.

Why do you think Nintendo doesn't make a lot more for future waves seeing as how Smash Bros. Wave 3 has been sold out for a while now?
