Beat Metal Gear Solid for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed it, wish I played it sooner. Doing a play through on Extreme difficulty now and hope to have it 100%'d by next Sunday.

I want to play through the RE games in chronological order too, expect Resident Evil Zero is an absolute chore to play with the constant backtracking, haven't been in the mood to tackle it.

MGS is a great experience, but not one I'm keen on revisiting again due to the lengthy dialogue and cutscenes.

The backtracking in Zero was no different than in 1-3 and Code Veronica. It was just part of the old-school RE formula.

I'm watching Space: Above and Beyond, and man, talk about a showing being 5 years too early. All I see is potential. Slap together a modern 10 episode season with this as the frame work?  You got yourself a stew goin.

I recently came across the DVD set of this for dirt cheap and picked it up. I haven't watch it, yet.

You've may have never heard of Middle-Earth Enterprises, but it is the general license holder for nearly all of the Tolkien / Middle-Earth works.  Almost anything LotR related you've seen since 1968 has involved this company.

Oh, wow. I thought it just meant Lord of the Rings games.

Both. It's region-free, but they have cover art for both Genesis and Mega Drive.

I like the base / launch edition, simply because I don't like all the advertising, DLC, and other nonsense plastered all over the artwork that comes different editions. I suppose I'll take any that doesn't read like a billboard, except collector's. I don't like the extra "stuff" and don't have the room for extra large boxes.

Anyone paying attention to what's going on with WB / Discovery?  They're removing several shows and movies from streaming availability with no plans of making them available anywhere else.  The Twittersphere is losing their minds with "Wait they can do that?" and gamers are just going "Yeah, we've been afraid of that for years."

It's one of those things I knew was coming eventually, but it being this out in the open and blatant is shocking.

They're removing stuff that's already on there? I heard Batgirl is getting cancelled, but that's still in production.

They've taken down at least 6 movies, including An American Pickle and multiple TV shows including Chad which they also pulled from the schedule the day of it's S2 premiere.

Wow, that sucks. Maybe they're planning their own streaming service separate from HBO.
