Anyone have Shadow Tower (U.S.) for PS1 for sale for a decent price? Hoping to do better than eBay prices if possible. The cheaper the better, so I am definitely not opposed to a disc-only copy as long as it works. Please and thank you.

I'm seeing disc-only sold copies for about $100 plus shipping on eBay.

PayPal ready. Goods & services only, please.

No longer needed.

I picked up Powerwash Simulator because I wanted a chill, do nothing, sort of game to fool around in and I have like 10 hours in it already lol It's really funny how I can get into such...basic, grindy, sort of games, but if it's Sonic Frontiers, and I feel like it's getting grindy and kinda boring, I just tune out even if it has overall more exciting gameplay lol

I think it's more because I'm purposefully wanting a kinda mindless bit of nothing with Powerwash Simulator, playing it alongside a twitch stream going on, and with Sonic, I want more action and to have the story progress more quickly, but I'm held up with needing to collect more random items to actually progress and the overall package just isn't as fun as it could be.

Normally I don't do the "sim" games, but I don't know, something about this works well enough for me, I think it's just sorta satisfying to watch grime get cleaned off in a very direct way, even though it's funny to see how bad some of the places are, like the building or vehicle went through a fire and its just coated in a layer of dense ash lol

I got into that one when I got Game Pass on sale. It is oddly addicting...at least until I got to the subway station level, that's just too overwhelming of a job.

Someone shit on the pathway outside of our work. I open the office in the morning, so guess how I started my morning?  >:(

And we have no hose. I was out there with buckets of hot water and a toilet brush. It was an unholy amount of diarrhea.

Great start to the week!

Ewwww, I'm sorry you had to deal with that...disgusting. Hope you get hazard pay, lol

1st thing I heard today was one person call another a horses ass. The other person responded "Well, I am what I eat"

Not as gross as your story but I didn't start my day off on the right foot either....

Was he talking to his wife? LOL

Indeed we need a King's Field remake! I adore these games. And if the game is a hopeful rousing success, we'd geta real sequel.

Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom and Resident Evil 4 Remake are must-haves. Both are already pre-ordered and paid for.

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League and Warhammer: Space Marine 2 both look cool, too, and will likely be future purchases.

I forgot about Space Marine 2, I'm definitely interested in checking that out, I remember finding the first one to be fun and this one looked pretty cool.

Yeah, the first was a bloody good time. I remember I got stuck and never finished it, though. It's about time for a revisit.

She-Hulk - This is just goofy, light-hearted fun.  It's pretty different from the usual MCU shows and I think that makes for a pretty chill watch.  It has an ongoing story, but is generally it's own thing every episode and the bit of 4th wall breaking is a little extra spice thrown in.  It's not amazing, but it's some good fun.  I'd probably put it in the upper half of the MCU shows so far.

That's exactly what I liked about it, too.  It was nice to finally get something from the MCU that remembered it was enough just to be fun.

I've watched the first three seasons of Veep.  It starts off pretty ok and has been getting better with literally every successive episode.

Veep continues to get better with every episode until it peaks at the end of season 5.  Season 6 is roughly the same quality as S5, but a bit more inconsistent as they're trying a lot of new things.  S7 is the first legitimate step down, as it everything just gets a bit too outlandish, but this comes almost exclusively from the fact that it is the only season written after the 2016 election, and it had to compete with the new absurdity of American politics.

Cabinet of Curiosities - One great episode, one good one, one decent one, and the rest just OK or worse.

Andor - Holy hell this was good.  Maybe the best Star Wars content Disney has put out.  Close call with Mando S1.

The Woman in the House Across the Street from the Girl in the Window - Solid-ish parody of the Gaslit Woman Mystery Genre.  I love how straight it plays the joke, and the touches of absurdity, but it's a balance that would have worked better in a 90 minute runtime, not an 8 episode mini-series. Back half is better about it than the first.

OMG, She-Hulk was such an incredibly god-awful steaming pile of dog shit.

I'm started playing Chrono Trigger again. I can always make it to the final battle but can't beat Lavos' final form. This time I'm focusing on serious grinding on this playthrough to get the job done.

Super Mario 3D World is my favorite 3D Mario game.

Same.  I love it.

High five!

I wrote the Wii-U off the second they said it would use the Wii controllers as the primary controller outside of the ridiculous tablet controller idea. The Wii was such a horrendous turnoff with the forced motion controls that it took Nintendo advertising the Switch with a Pro controller day one as "Play How You Want".

The Wii U Pro Controller was available alongside the console on its release day. Wii accessories were also compatible but were certainly not the "primary" alternative controller to the gamepad.

That's how I saw it as advertised. I didn't even know of the Wii-U's pro controller until the system was basically already canned in favor of the Switch. That's how poorly Nintendo advertised it. Then forced motion controls during the Wii's lifespan implied the same for Wii-U. Nintendo taught me to despise motion controls and they did it so well that they had to have a mulligan on the entire generation with Switch.

I bought my Pro Controller with my Wii U. I knew about it because they had one on the original Wii, too. And I already knew that it was a must-have from the Wii. I have one on the Switch, too.
