For the last decade my original plan was to limit day one or preorders to Bethesda games or games I know I’ll pay without disruption for a long time.  Now today it is almost non existent minus limited releases like from limited run or super rare games.  I still do Bethesda but unless the game is 100% a must have I don’t.  Ghost of Tsushima was one rare example and man was I glad as it was the best game of 2020.

Destiny for the XBOX 360 and GTA V.  Ugh, I loathe those two games.   What a waste of $60 each.

What don't you like about GTA5? I'm not one of those people that worships that game or plays it 24/7 online, but I did really, really like it when I played it. Just curious.

I just couldn’t ever seem to have the same kind of fun as GTA3, VC and IV.  The wanted system is too frustrating and the story wasn’t as engaging so I just ended up shelving it and haven’t touched it since.

Halo (has it been done?)

Master Chief Collection.  Everything but 5.

Oh cool!  All remastered?  Funny I own this game and never knew.  I bought a bunch of XBOX One games in anticipation of future free time to play and this was one of them.  I just saw “Halo” and added it to my cart.  Haha

All the games got remastered to various degrees, but the original 2 games are the anniversary versions of the games, which include an entirely new graphical overhaul to the original Xbox games, but at any point you can just press a button and revert to the original Xbox visuals.  It's a pretty cool feature.  I haven't gone back to really invest the time into it, but it was cool running around the Pillar of Autumn in Halo 1, flipping the new graphics on and off just to see how different the visuals are today compared to back then.

That is pretty awesome about flipping back to original visuals.

Heroes 3: Shadows of Death and the AD&D Starter kit.

I had sacrificed all the other big boxes to moves both across the atlantic and cross Canada. They, like a bunch of my stuff were thrown out to make room or lost in a box that never arrived.

Oh bummer.  Thanks for letting me know.  Good luck with the selling!

I suppose if you either; do not have money to buy consoles and a PC OR prefer digital only PC may be for you. 

Personally I have lots of disposable income so I have a built PC and all consoles.  It’s a way i can have the most access to all games as possible.
