Im perfectly cool with modding and what not. I have a modded SNES plug and play, a JP GameCube thats modded to play US games ... and even a ton of mod gear on my Diablo 3 account.

If I only get the latest Trails entries and Granblue Fantasy;ReLink in 2022, I would probably be okay. If a new Ys game comes out, I'm down. If a new Dragon quest game comes out, I'm down. If a new Neptunia game comes out, I'm down.

Other than that, my backlog is too much already. :(

So Im going to pose a question since one person has already mentioned something ...

I have all the stuff for someone's gift. I was considering mailing it this weekend but that means the person may be sitting on a package for a month waiting to open it. Is it too much for some people (the anticipation)? I know for me for a while I couldnt wait ... but now its not really all that bad.

You can also not go for a full set.
It's also not actual shovelware compared to a majority of wii and ps2 (or any other console) games.

I was going for a full PS4 set originally. All the limited games out there made it just so much effort.

And yes, its shovelware. Some of the games lately have been worse than crap on the 2600. I couldnt care less than they are considered "Indie" or not. When Tom Happ can make a masterpiece such as Axiom Verge by himself, seeing the junk that is being put out there by a full on staff is sad.

While on the subject of least fun surely ps4 and switch have to take spot, with companies pumping "limited" releases left and right  week in week out, unless your loaded nobody can keep up with those systems and even then it seems impossible because there seem to be so much releases each week to even know off everithing being released.

I would like to comment on this and actually agree with you on this point. While LRG started something awesome by making some digital only games physical, it's gotten to be a massive dump of shovelware lately. It was far and away the reason I gave up going for a full PS4 set.

Finishing up season 6 of Lucifer. Watched all of the Marvel series. Waiting for Hawkeye which should start in 2 or 3 weeks.

I named my daughter Aeris. My son's name is Logan (Wolverine) and his middle name is Barret.

I quit WoW last week and I feel like a whole new person! I've been like MIA from here and my friends for like the last 2 years and I'm pretty sure it was all WoW's fault. SO uh yea im back

Im hooked on WoW too.

Not to try to persuade you or anything... but quitting wow was the best thing I've done for myself in a long time. If you're able to keep a balance on wow and the rest of your life I say go for it, but that was not me at all lol. 10+ hours of raiding a week just kinda killed it for me.

After 11 years and 1000s of  hours, quitting Everquest was a life changer for me. Being part of Triality meant 6 days a week raiding and max level/alternate levels on new expansions by certain timers, beta raids, etc ... it broke me eventually. But Ill be damned if I dont still think about it on a daily basis. I even still have a bust of Firionia Vie on my desk.
