Alien Earth Episode 1 & 2 - Really good start to this series.  It feels like a movie in the best way possible, there really doesn't feel like there are any real concessions being made for it being a TV show.  They are introducing some new creepy creatures along with the classic Xenomorph which I like, adds some extra danger since at this point we all know what a Xenomorph can do, so now there's new threats of varying sorts, though mostly smaller scale at the moment.

I thought the first episode was great, especially the performance from Sydney Chandler along with that creation of "The Lost Boys" sequence.  Second episode felt like a little bit of a step down and leaned on a few bad horror tropes, but I still had a good time and am really looking forward to the rest of the season.

Second season of Twisted Metal was a ton of fun.  It toes the line of clever and annoying extremely closely, but it somehow managed to find just the right tone and balance.

I liked the fun overall fun vibe of the third season of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, but it definitely created some tonal whiplash with the more serious episodes, as well as hamstrung the finale, which could have definitely used more set-up for the swing it took.  Probably the weakest season so far (and has what is for sure my least favorite episode), but I still enjoyed it quite a lot.

Murderdrones - Finally got around to this, been meaning to watch it since The Amazing Digital Circus came out, as that got me into Glitch and I had heard good things about this show.  Never realized it was a horror show primarily, and a really good one throughout, though with lots of comedy too.  Horror Comedy can be a favorite of mine.

I'll be honest, depending on how well the last 3 episodes of TADC go, Murderdrones has potential to be a favorite of the two.  I love TADC, but the horror and action going on in Murderdrones and how it feels like the mystery and story is explored more through the episodes compared to TADC, it's just more engaging pacing wise.  They are different shows, TADC is a lot more purposefully character focused, compared to Murderdrones where the characters are fun and have their moments, but it's not as much about the characters, they are there to push the horror, comedy, and action primarily.

Highly recommend though.  It's also interesting watching this after watching TADC and seeing similar concepts, ideas, even the concept of the "Glitch" plays into the studios namesake real well lol Would love to see what they would do if they came back to it with a second season as it's left open for something, but also ends satisfyingly enough.

I'm loving that Glitch is becoming this powerhouse of independent animation now as they just put out the first episode/pilot for Knights of Guinevere, their first 2D show by the creator of "The Owl House" and it's a really strong start.  Great animation, a dark, mature story built around the idea of an evil, Disney-like, dystopian city, I'm super interested to see where this leads.  Murder Drones is great, Digital Circus is great, Gaslight District had an incredible start, and while it is sorta funny that 3 out of 4 of their shows have like a dystopian setting to it (Could people be trapped in a game world be considered dystopian in a way when you have no control over anything?), they are all entirely different and unique shows.

Creature Commando's - Finally got around to finishing the last episode, sub ran out before the show finished and I definitely dig this show, it's fun and while I'm bummed at where the end of the story lead to, I definitely want to see more of this show.

Alien: Earth - I most enjoyed this, but I don't think it had quite enough story to fill 8 episodes.  The new aliens are cool, and I really liked the way they dove into synths, cyborgs, and hybrids.  Kirsch is now one of my favorite Timothy Olyphant roles.  Surprisingly, the least interesting stuff was the Xenomorph.  Wasn't too hot on that finale, though.

Salem's Lot (1979) - Gotta keep in mind this wasn't intended to be watched in a single sitting, and as such, I think the pacing is actually pretty strong. What's interesting is that it's missing the two biggest strengths of the book. First, the book feels strikingly modern, even today, but the production feels downright old fashioned - like it would have been right at home being made in the 50s. Which is ironic, because that old fashioned feeling is also probably the biggest strength of the mini. Second, it doesn't really do a good job of making the Marsten House or the actual town of Salem's Lot as oppressive as they should, and this is probably the biggest weakness of the production.

Peacemaker Season 2 - This season didn't work for me as much as Season 1 did, had a pretty weak finale to me, especially with there being no Season 3 planned apparently?  It sounds like characters might show up in other movies/shows, but cliffhanger ending with no continuation plans is odd.  It wasn't a bad season, some decent points, but just felt like it wasn't quite as strong as the first one.  Sorta felt like Vigilante really stood out in this season with just how absurd he is lol

The Pacific - I think I watched this before, remembered some bits, but it's a decent war show, though felt like it dragged whenever they weren't out on the battlefield, like early on, Episode 3 and 4 were just shore leave stuff in Melbourne Australia, two full episodes.  Not that it was bad or poorly done...I don't know how to explain it without seeming like undercutting the drama of things and only wanting "violence" or something lol There were decent stuff where we weren't on the Battlefield like the one guy needing to do with a health issue and basically goes to a medical center for awhile to recoup or the short bits showing the Medal of Honor receipient having to deal with no long being on the Battlefield and out there hawking war bonds, that was mostly fine.

This is pretty much how I feel about it as well.  Its a good season of TV that doesn't live up to Season One, and really stumbles in the finale.  Doesn't tank it or anything, but it just felt anticlimactic.

Finally finished up Ally McBeal.  The last season is a pretty big mess.  they had to retool their entire plan after RDJ got fired for drug use, and it shows.  Old characters just disappear, new characters flitter in and out.  Ally somehow has a secret daughter?  All that said, I think they did an ok job salvaging what was probably not a good situation.

Nice to have Hazbin Hotel back for Season 2, it's a weekly thing, so its just beginning with two episodes, but decent start so far as they setup the clear threats of the season, Episode 2 killing it with two really good songs (Gravity in particular my standout, but I'm biased with it being a rock song).  I feel like in the nearly 2 years since season 1 ended, the show kinda went down that path that sorta happens to really popular things, where all the popularity and fandoms starts to clash, the "Is this show actually good?" or "What's wrong with Insert Show Here" videos pop up, and there's a lot of negativity, but it always felt abit forced to me.

Not that people don't have valid reasons to dislike it or maybe have some issues with the creator, but for me, I'm on board, and looking forward to the rest of this season and whenever Helluva Boss Season 3 happens.  I just love that alongside Glitch now, there's also this really good adult animation happening that's super enjoyable for all sorts of different reasons.

Second season of Gen V is pretty good.  Kinda reminded of Peacemaker, in the sense that it's not quite as good as the first, and the finale is a bit of a let down.  Really interested in where this goes with the last season of The Boys.
