Alien Earth Episode 1 & 2 - Really good start to this series.  It feels like a movie in the best way possible, there really doesn't feel like there are any real concessions being made for it being a TV show.  They are introducing some new creepy creatures along with the classic Xenomorph which I like, adds some extra danger since at this point we all know what a Xenomorph can do, so now there's new threats of varying sorts, though mostly smaller scale at the moment.

I thought the first episode was great, especially the performance from Sydney Chandler along with that creation of "The Lost Boys" sequence.  Second episode felt like a little bit of a step down and leaned on a few bad horror tropes, but I still had a good time and am really looking forward to the rest of the season.

Second season of Twisted Metal was a ton of fun.  It toes the line of clever and annoying extremely closely, but it somehow managed to find just the right tone and balance.

I liked the fun overall fun vibe of the third season of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, but it definitely created some tonal whiplash with the more serious episodes, as well as hamstrung the finale, which could have definitely used more set-up for the swing it took.  Probably the weakest season so far (and has what is for sure my least favorite episode), but I still enjoyed it quite a lot.

Murderdrones - Finally got around to this, been meaning to watch it since The Amazing Digital Circus came out, as that got me into Glitch and I had heard good things about this show.  Never realized it was a horror show primarily, and a really good one throughout, though with lots of comedy too.  Horror Comedy can be a favorite of mine.

I'll be honest, depending on how well the last 3 episodes of TADC go, Murderdrones has potential to be a favorite of the two.  I love TADC, but the horror and action going on in Murderdrones and how it feels like the mystery and story is explored more through the episodes compared to TADC, it's just more engaging pacing wise.  They are different shows, TADC is a lot more purposefully character focused, compared to Murderdrones where the characters are fun and have their moments, but it's not as much about the characters, they are there to push the horror, comedy, and action primarily.

Highly recommend though.  It's also interesting watching this after watching TADC and seeing similar concepts, ideas, even the concept of the "Glitch" plays into the studios namesake real well lol Would love to see what they would do if they came back to it with a second season as it's left open for something, but also ends satisfyingly enough.
