I couldn't say.

AFAIK, before this latest PSN update - the only way to do this was to have your DS4 wired into your PS3 for it to work...now that it can work wirelessly, I'm more likely to give it a shot & find out, though.

This is the main reason I used my PS4 controller when I didn't need the six-axis function while playing Beyond: Two Souls, and all games since.

Even wired, I'd much prefer the PS4 controller over the PS3's.

Agreed. The DS4 is a much more comfortable controller, and it feels a lot higher quality too.

That's pretty neat! I like the PS4 controller a lot more, it's just more comfortable!
