https://www.eastasiasoft.com/images/Hyperdevotion-Noire-Goddess-Black-Heart_limited_edition_01.jpg

not the standard edition I dont know why adding this one gets rejected  but please just fix it

What are you requesting exactly? You've provided no entry for staff to observe.

Your edit to attach limited edition to 292827's Name field was rejected for two reasons: incorrect information and incorrect formatting, as I mentioned in the Admin Comments.

thats because its gone now and I dont have acces to it  anymore

I added THIS game https://www.play-asia.com/en/hyperdevotion-noire-goddess-black-heart-limited-edition/13/70jcp9

I added the ce a few days ago and it got changed to standard edition. so I deleetd it from my colelction made an new entry for the ce. when i did that for some reason the limited edition part didnt stick. so i edited it  and it got changed in the game name with the word box.

so an entry I amde got firts changed into an different one and when i amde it agaian it got changed into something weird and then deleted

Because too much time has past since the initial entry you're referring to was submitted, I don't recall. However, if it was indeed merged into 291014, then it was because what you submitted was a generic entry without mentioned of its limited edition status or any information submitted to any identifying field. If that sort of generic submission is created, then I merge it as a duplicate if there's already an existing entry present, which there is and presumably was at that time.

If you're wanting to avoid this sort of outcome, then submit higher-quality entries. Submit anything that permits others to identify what the entry is intended to represent: item numbers, barcode, images, and so forth. Because currently, that is something you do not to for any of the entries you submit.

As I've already explained now twice already, limited edition is an incorrect label for this item. It is a marketing term only, as it's not present on the packaging at all in any capacity. Limited Edition (in title case, not in lowercase as you previously erroneously submitted to the Name field) can be supplied to the Alt-Name field, as per this store listing.

literly every east aisoft switch release has an limited edition and called limited edition as well  and now just randomly  this one isnt allowed to be called that?  how does that make any sense?

and sorry but I am not gonna waste 10 15 minutes googling everything for every game  to fill in said data. then download an picture of said game or multiple then add  them here then delete them agaian from my computer.

but honestly since you dont want it called limited edition

https://www.eastasiasoft.com/limited-editions/index.php

here are all their releases so you should rename ALL OF THEM then

not that it makes sense but still I am not the boss

also I dont appreciate the false accusation you make here I did mention it was an limited edition by the first entry  I even added in the notes which specific number I had (yeah these limited editions are numbered  but clealry not limited right?)  so I know I didnt make the mistake there.

As I've explained now three times, 292827 does not feature the term Limited Edition anywhere on its packaging. I've mentioned this once in the initial edit rejection comments and in my previous two response posts in this topic. So it's abundantly clear for the final time, here is an eBay listing featuring all six sides of the item which demonstrates how that proves to be true. Of course, you already know this, though, because I've already supplied this link to you once before and you presumably have the item in-hand. Entry names should reflect what the actual name of the item is actually called and not what it's referred to online, and the rule stating that is found below.

Do not use marketing names in the item title. Many items are sold online or advertised by publishers under an edition names such as "First Print Limited Edition" or "Launch Edition" and these can only be used in an item title if the text is present on the item itself.

There is no reason to spend such a high amount of time gathering item details. You have the item, so refer to it instead as that will always be the best source of information. Yet, even for me as someone who does not own the item, I spent three minutes at most gathering information for this specific item and then another minute to transcribe it to the entry.

The initial entry you submitted did not feature such information, or else it would not have been merged into 291014. Whatever information you're saying you supplied was, more than likely, submitted to your personal Notes field that's accessible from your Collection pages. All sorts of items have unique identifying numbers—just because an item has a numbered label does not mean that the item name is a limited edition.

Again, to avoid these problems, submit some kind of identifying information, including the correct name as that was not done with the first entry, to the entry page itself.

Edit: I have just come across a newly-listed eBay listing that features a closer look at the item (specifically, this image) in question. Since the hologram label does indeed feature the repeating text phrase Eastasiasoft Authentic Limited Edition, the term Limited Edition can be applied to the Name field. I will make the edit corrections to the entry while outlining that specific detail in the Description field.

In the future, be sure to submit the correct entry name formatting when supplying edits, as your rejected edit for 292827 was also done because you submitted the entry name as Hyperdevotion Noire: Goddess Black Heart limited edition. Below is the rule explaining edition formatting:

Games denoting Special/Limited Editions, Box Sets, re-release series and/or special packs: The dash "-" is meant to show special releases, such as limited or collector's editions, greatest hits/ player's choice and any other special release or compilation. Of course, if a game is a special release with variations it would look something like this. Chrono Cross - Greatest Hits or Chrono Cross - Greatest Hits (Silver Backed Disc).
