But seriously, it's not just that - I'm very impressed with how they email you before they ship a preorder to let you know you should double-check your shipping & billing info. A nice extra effort that's appreciated. And when they had the recent shipping snafu with Danganronpa (where they had apparently switched to a new shipping company for the first time) they not only quickly offered replacements to anyone affected but apparently corrected the issue because when The Witch & The Hundred Knight shipped it was packaged very well.
Basically, they genuinely seem to care about their customers, which is rare these days.
