Honestly, you should only be concerned about ruined discs if you store your games in extreme conditions.  Severe Heat, Severe Cold, Water damage, etc.

Honestly bud I wouldn't worry about it.  The discs are in their cases and not pressed directly on one another.  The main cause of the problem is the glue holding the two halves of plastic together separating (not that you could see it...it's very, very tiny exposures) and "contaminants" getting onto the aluminum and corroding it.  I store many of my games horizontally in storage boxes in the closet and I don't worry about it.  Just don't leave them out in the heat or cold (garage, barn, etc.).

IMO, no - not that big of a deal at all.

Is disc rot really that big of a deal?  Even if every disc on Earth exploded tomorrow, every game has the iso ripped somewhere.  It'll suck for my games, but it's not like it will be lost like all of those old silent films.  Quit worrying.  Your games will be fine.  If not, keep the original and rip a fresh one off of the internet.

And it sucks about Prince and Chyna.  Folks can't be around forever though.  We'll always have famous people kicking off.

Atta Boy Abe.  Well done.

"Invisible, Inc."

Has anyone else here gotten and/or heard anything about this game?

Carrie gifted me an unexpected $20 PSN card so, I picked this up.

From what I've seen, read, and heard from friends who've already played it, it's a turn-based strategy/stealth game by, iirc, Atlus...so - yeah - the combination of turn-based + stealth + ATLUS = piqued interest for moi!

Will post thoughts and impressions once I've started it...right after I finish up and platinum Dragon Fantasy.

My bad.

Invisible Inc's not an Atlus game - it's by Klei.

I'm kidding for the most part. There is no debate on what console had the better games, answering Telly.

Nope, no debate, I completely agree. :) But just because the PlayStation has better games doesn't mean the Saturn is obsolete or not worth it.

All I'm saying is that a flat brush-off of the entire library of the Sega CD/Saturn is not really a fair assessment of the consoles. They both do have some really good games, and a lot of it is still only available on those systems. It at least makes the two of them worth owning someday, in my opinion.

Yay! Nice job man :) I finished this past week, graduation is next Sunday  :D
Though it's back to graduate school in September for me so more exams in my future  :o
