So it's currently 93F / 34C, and the expected high is 115F / 46C. There's a heat warning all over the region.

I... somehow doubt that. Your profile says "Northern California", I thought you guys never go over 85 degrees. :P

Have you been to Northern California?! Apparently not. Lived here my entire life, minus a couple years in the Air Force and Reno. It's always sweltering, 100+ heat here in the summer.

C'thulhu!

Just finished him a few days ago. Prolly took me around 50 hours or better...  He stands about 8-9 inches tall too.  I have more pics posted up on blogspot, if you guys want to take a look.  It's a totally different beast painting something this large, when you're used to painting things that are only a couple inches tall.

Next up, I'm working on the Avengers and found a perfect model for Iron Man. woot woot.

I'll take 60-75. I like being able to leave my windows open.

I hate being cold. I'd rather deal with the 100+ summer here than live in a place that get snow dumped on them every winter.

Jesus no... If there's no wind, I can go out in 20 degree weather with shorts and a light jacket. anything over like 75 and I'm ready to go inside. And my car has leather interior (and currently no AC) so driving in this weather is abysmal.

That's awesome man. I don't think I'd ever have the patience to do something like that. Looks good though!

Thanky sir. It was a really long project, but luckily time flies when you've got TV series playing in the background.
