I was deliberating on that one as one of the few 360 games I still need... Let me know if it's worth it!

Picked up more than I thought I would this afternoon from Gamestop (but missed out on making the most of the B2G1 deal this weekend):

- from the branch that never seems to have anything I want:

- from my regular branch:

I tried to make it to a 3rd branch before having dinner with my parents but they closed 2 hours earlier than the website said they would!  Not a huge deal as I just wanted to pick up a $5 pre-owned game from them, but still irritating.

Ha, I wouldn't wait around for me to play it. I'm working on a month away from gaming and have been pretty hooked on Pokemon Black 2. While debating on playing thru Persona 3 & 4 and Assassin's Creed Revelations & III... so it might be awhile.

I havent found anything of note since garage sale season ended, but I was out of town for Thanksgiving this weekend and found some great deals at a pawn shop for $18:

PS1 - Final Fantasy VII, Final Fantasy Anthology
N64 - Jet Force Gemini
PS2- Fatal Fury Real Bout 2 (new), Red Ninja, Monster Hunter
Atari 5200 - Kaboom (factory sealed!)

Nice!

The FF VII alone is worth more than the $18 you paid  ;)

Also, nice get on the .hack//g.u. vol. 3. Does that polish off all the .hack games for you now or are you still short a few?

I just need .hack/GU #2 and I'm set.  More than set, actually, since I've acquired a few dupes in getting a full set of the first series... :\

Just don't ask me when I'll actually play any of those games :[

EDIT: I meant #1, not #2... derp.

So...what, exactly is the difference(s) between the 'regular' PS2 .Hack games and the "GU" PS2 .Hack games?

They are two entirely different series. G.U. takes place a few years after regular .hack. there are a few things in G.U. that relate to regs, but its entirely playable w/o knowledge of the first series. Actually .hack is a huge media franchise and there are multiple anime, manga and short stories about The World. I have most of it all and could prolly go on and on about it.

If that did not answer your question or you want to know more my wife has all the games and focus' all her collecting and knowledge on that series so just message me if that is the case.

Picked up a complete copy of Advance Wars (GBA) this evening along with a few complete Saturn titles. The most notable of the Saturn titles is Virtual-On.

Forgot that this was on its way.  Since I don't have a Vita, who knows how long it'll be before I crack it open.
