Just got Castlevania II: Simon's Quest for NES complete. The box is in excellent shape and the cartridge is mint, no label wear or anything. I got super lucky on this one as it was with 3 loose carts, which means I got this for prolly a 1/3 of the normal complete price.

I got a couple sealed PS1 games in the mail yesterday... and picked up a few more games from my buddie John who owns a comic shop nearby (not very many people know they have a pretty good inventory of retro games).  I'm so happy to finally own a copy of Popful Mail, I've wanted to play this game since it first came out and seeing ads in GamePro.  Just a little closer to completing my Working Designs collection! Hate to pick up loose Genesis games but the Crusader of Centy was $20, so I couldn't pass it up.

Thanks, 1 step closer... Also, nice snag on the sealed Castlevanias. Chronicles is one of my favorites too, kinda a shame not to play it.

btw, I love Crusader of Centy! I need to find a copy for myself soonish.

I have not played Centy yet, I don't want anything to pull me away from my current games I'm playing.  But I hope to get to it soon.  I'll probably end up trading off the sealed Castlevania games, we'll see.  I still need a copy of Dragon Force and some Shining titles.

@varkias Unfortunately I have both of them already, and I'm not into sealed games. I do need to find a decently priced Black Label version of SotN though... Other than the Majesco Super Castlevania IV, SotN-GH is the only other re-release version I have in the collection.

While not necessarily a new acquisition, since I've had it for over a year, but I just finished a restoration / repair on an Atari C-380 Video Pinball unit.  I'll post a picture later if anyone is interested.

Patapon 2 (UMD version) for PSP

I held off on picking up the UMD release out of protest for the way they handled it by only released a download version first. I've since picked it up, but yet to play it.... need to finish the 1st one before I start #2.

It's gotten very mixed reviews, which saddens me, but we'll see how I take to it.

I've only played through a few minutes of it, but so far I definitely feel like it's easier to get into than Persona 1... I was afraid it was going directly to backlog, but so far so good.
