I think I should start hitting garage sales too. Thats how I used to score Atari games back in the day although back then the internet wasnt even imagined and prices were legit. But still its worth a shot.

I agree. I'd love to hit up some garage sales sometime. The only thing is...they happen before I'm out of bed on Saturdays.

I wish I could scout garage sales. But I work 6 days a week. Doesn't leave much time for a hell of lot of anything.

And just received Breath of Fire on the SNES!

This order was a bit random.... I found this really crummy-looking website (http://www.collectorscardsandgames.com/), and decided to put in an order to see if they were trustworthy... A week after putting up the order, the guy emailed me saying "sorry for being so slow, I'll take care of your order in a couple weeks." That was weird enough.
3 weeks later I got another email saying "Sorry, I only found one of the 3 games you ordered. If you still want it, it, you can send the payment to my paypal". Strange, but I paid... And now I got it. As much as the site looks cheaply made, it has good prices and you actually get the game if you're willing to wait a little bit.

Just got Monster Tale in the mail today for the DS. It only cost about $10 shipped off ebay. I can't wait to try it out but I am going to wait until I am done with Henry Hatsworth.

Finally replaced my copy of The Bouncer for PS2. It was one of the first PS2 games I ever bought, and played the hell out of it. I traded it away years ago and have been itching to play it again.

Interesting enough, the original games I bought for my PS2 were this, Klonoa 2, Tekken Tag and Dave Mirra 2. The only one I never traded away was Klonoa. And I've been looking for nice replacements of the others for awhile.

Nice.  I loved my Genesis... those controllers look so ugly to me now but I'm pretty sure they were pretty comfortable back then.

I picked up some new games today:

Fire Emblem - GBA
Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings - DS
Solatorobo: Red the Hunter - DS
Need for Speed: Underground - PS2

I also have a brand new copy of Chrono Cross coming from Amazon that I snagged for $15. Fairly positive it's the GH version, and it shipped and was sold by Amazon. But I'm pleased.

GBA:
Zelda Link to the Past (CIB)
Metroid Zero Mission (CIB)

Those alone cover the $30, the rest is just frosting. ha
