4 actually. Every month Microsoft gives away 2 360 and 2 One titles for all Gold members. However, the One titles can only be accessed while the account has gold (but you can still add them to your account even if you don't have a One so you'll have a bunch of games when  you do get the system).
Next month's offerings are Sleeping Dogs and Outlast for the One, and Burnout Paradise and Outland for the 360.

You still have to pay for XBox Gold, and you can't really do that without an XBox account. So I don't think so.

Well I don't have to pay cause already got the Gold Membership for a month, attempted to download the game from the Microsoft Store and it gave me the following advice but stills show that I own it, didn't knew that I was able to have them even when I don't own that console.

Yes. The only stipulation is that you need to have an active gold account to be able to download and play them. Otherwise, if you revert to silver, you would need to purchase them instead. Reactivating a lapsed gold account will restore access as well.

So, there's really no reason to not do it and get a decent library pre-built up. Also, don't forget to grab Super Dungeon Bros. as well, since that one's also free through the end of today, after which it will be replaced by Sleeping Dogs.
