As far as my research went, there's evidence that this game was also developed by Level 9 Computing

Your request for Level 9 Computing as a Developer field option isn't being contested. It was assigned a Yellow glow effect to indicate that it is a request requiring later action to be submitted, as an ongoing site error prevents new Developer field requests to be made.
