I was unable to confirm that HDR-0142 existed. If we find out it exists later, it can be recreated.

I know it is mentioned as existing on various sites, including Sega Retro, but it was never confirmed. Evidenced by the fact that the pic on the entry in the DB was for the other version. No listings of it on Ebay, RFGeneration or YAJ, no pictures on various image searches.

I think this is supposed to be set as PS4 [NA] and not PC.  There may be a PC version but the cover art and UPC number are for the PlayStation release, so I think they may have just selected the wrong system by accident.
