PLAYSTATION WRAP UP 2024

Hello folks!   For a while the server was down but now it looks to be cleaned up for most.  If And When It does load for you. This will remain a placemarker thread to show our stats in unison. Which I am curious to see what you guys have done in the sonyverse.  On the 30th anniversary. It becomes all that more special. 


Not to get gooey. But earlier this year. I had a medical crisis. And my PS4 became my coping mechanism.  Gran Tursimo 7 with no doubt in my life was divine intervention from god. And video games were a big factor in saving my life. The power sony has in making games that help us heal, love, explore, define bravery isnt just a console on a desk. Its a consoling time when needed most. So for that I just say that im thankful to be here. Thankful I am able to play games. Its a great luxury.  As Christmas comes. I say I love you all. With that said.  Here are the stats




NO PS3


I knew this going in. But I did play a bulk on PS3 this year.  Many hundred hours on switch and classic games. Some on gameboy.  But playstation was definitely 80 percent + 

January was human fall flat.


But March and April enter gran turismo 7. Truly a spectacle of racing masterpiece.


The latter of my year was defined by a lot of survival horror.




So what and how did you guys enjoy playstation this year? And where does 2024 rank for you?

Between FF7 Rebirth and the kids playing, I'm up about 50 hours to 320 total from last year.

Rebirth was 57 hours. Actually impressive.

Like so many of these, looks like this one is bunk as it stopped counting and keeping track too early.  I just finished Resident Evil 4 with about 17 or 18 hours played, but it isn't anywhere to be found, except for my latest trophy which is one I got a week ago.

Don't call it a year in review if you aren't including December.

To Sony's credit, the official blog post about Wrap-Up specifically states "2024 Wrap-Up will continue to update through the end of 2024, so be sure to check back again before January 10 for your full-year summary."

In case anyone here was wanting to view their full stats from 2024 one last time (or if only partial stats were available at the time you previously checked), know that tomorrow, January 12, is the final day to do that (even though it was previously reported to be January 10.)

My account is shared between two people, so there isn't any real opportunity for me to learn specifically about my play habits.
