Is that possible to reuse the first link (https://vgcollect.com/item/285813) to resubmit another game with this infos?

No. You will need to submit a new entry for the item you're wanting to add.

Also, be sure to submit the Item Number information without the hyphen as N3J 00002 since forced line breaks indicate a space, as evident from the item itself.

my description & box text edits to the following item were rejected
https://vgcollect.com/item/129665

hinting to specific german published UK-release versions of this game.  ???
My source for the intended edits was this site:
https://www.game-boy-database.com/game-F4-2562-UKV.html

I don't have much experience with this game boy database but it was the only UKV-version I could find there ... :o

First, I'll reiterate what I mentioned before in the Admin Comments when I rejected your edit: based on the original entry art, 129665 was meant to represent one of two confirmed German variants. Which one can't be determined, so I had to update the entry based on how common the variants were. Then, I submitted a new entry for the other item.

Second, I will say that, if this were me encountering this information from the link you're providing, I would not accept it as truth without confirming photo evidence beforehand. I've been unable to confirm any UK boxes, though cartridges do seem to exist. The "Der GrĂ¼ne Punkt" label also implies this item may have been imported to Germany, but we know no information about it.

Generally, it's good practice to not submit new entries for things we're uncertain of or cannot confirm, so I'd advise setting this item aside until more information about it can be learned before submitting anything. For now, I've submitted a new entry for the UK release but with cartridge art only.

Hello everyone, I've a question regarding the following item:
https://vgcollect.com/item/47679

The edit history of this item shows it being initially submitted as the FRG GameBoy version, later filled with information of the NOE-version ... the culprit: me, not knowing it better back in the day.
It now features it's initial front cover, but NOE versions barcode as well as back cover ... and I guess the english box text is also false then ...

My suggestion would be, that this item is to be re-edited to it's initial FRG-version whilst my NOE-version that I own needs a new submitted item since it doesn't exist yet.

Am I right ?

That's correct. In this specific instance, there's a pretty matter-of-fact answer for us considering the initial edits were from the entry creator themselves. They originally submitted generic front art, FRG item number, and DE back art, so the second takes precedence. The earliest cart art history we can see with Wayback Machine is DE art, though it's the same exact image as what was present until a few moments ago despite having been overwritten, so perhaps they're not supposed to be the same images. Nevertheless, it's clear that inputted data was prioritizing the entry to be FRG.

For now, I've removed data for Back Art while replacing Cart Art and updating the Description field. I haven't been able to confirm if whether the "Seal of Quality" front art and Box Text information is fine. If another regional variant is added, the Name field will be updated.
