Aside from the Gradius Origins collection, the only thing that grabbed my attention was the digital cartridge feature they talked about. And no, I'm not happy or excited about it. While we only have a week to find out, I'm worried digital cartridges will be Nintendo's way of softening the blow to customers hoping Switch 2 games remain physical. We all know physical Switch games will be backwards compatible, but nothing has been said about Switch 2 games. There's a good change Switch 2 games are physical and this is just a feature digital games will have on the console, but it seems oddly framed as a way to make people believe they own their digital games when all they own is a license to play their digital games.

Nothing for me here at all.  Was at least hoping the final hurrah for the Switch would have Twilight Princess/Wind Waker HD, but guess we wait to see if it shows up on Switch 2.  So dumb they never brought it over.

The virtual game card thing is kinda interesting, useless to me, but interesting.  Oh well, at least we get Switch 2 info next week.

I feel the same way for the 3DS remakes of Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask. It would be easy money just to port them to the Switch, but for whatever reason they never did. At least with the 3DS games, maybe it's because they don't want to chipping into their Plus membership numbers since both of the original versions are available through that. Who knows.

I want those too, but those would take at least some work re-release, but I think they'll do it eventually.  Twilight Princess and Wind Waker HD are already remastered and updated, they just need to be ported over, very little work needed, but it's been so many years now and just nothing.  The usual Nintendo nonsense unfortunately.

Disney Villains Cursed Café
Honestly, I think this is a unique idea that is being presented well for Disney fans. Hopefully it does well at what it sets to achieve.

Dragon Quest I & II HD-2D Remake
This title has been announced and shown several times already, but this time finally piqued my interest. I'm a stranger to the Dragon Quest franchise, and I know that this would be the most accessible means for me to play these entries. Still, I'd rather just play these games in their original form. Maybe one day I'll play this.

Monument Valley III
I've owned the second entry on mobile through some free promotion for years but have yet to play it. After reading some information, I found out I also have access to the first and third entries on mobile too, so I'd like to finally play these games sooner than later after all this time.

Raidou Remastered: The Mystery of the Soulless Army
I don't know if I'm actually interested in playing this based on the gameplay shown, but it's nice to have one of the most costly games in the PlayStation 2's library become more accessible. I'll need to watch more gameplay from the original game to determine if I'd like it or not. I'm sure there will be some who miss the full, overly-long title that's been shortened.

Rhythm Heaven Groove
This announcement was a total surprise and the best news from the event. I'll be needing to prioritize playing the previous entry Rhythm Heaven Megamix sometime this year.

Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream
The previous entry became such a niche yet beloved game, so it's good to see that a follow-up is on the way. People seem really excited for this.
