Pre-Ordered/Waiting for...

Well, I broke down & ordered another Tales of Vesperia player. 

As in a 360? Or as in ... something else 

Yup, a 360. I guess it's also a Lost Odyssey player.

In all seriousness, there are some exclusives I'm gonna try to pickup while they're cheap.  But unlike most people it seems, anything I can get on my PS3 I will, the 360 will ONLY be for exclusives. Mostly the Japanese stuff (the few JRPGs that are exclusive to it, the shmups, etc.).

Hoping to pick up Far Cry 4 tomorrow if I can see a PC port report from someone by then.  Far Cry 3 ran fine, so I'm hoping Far Cry 4 does also, especially since they allowed reviews early for the game, at least on console that is..  Seems to be, if they don't allow reviews early for a game, it's likely to be poor, such as with AC: Unity lol

All we got in NA (for the PS3) was the digital only version from PSN.

Surprisingly (figuring in genre + niche-ness), for some reason - the 360 version got the physical LE (with, iirc, a good amount of swag with it)   

There was also a physical EU PS3 release of the game but, I'm not sure if they just got the vanilla game or the same LE that the 360 did; go figure

I'm getting that series on the PS3 and have already decided to import them all (the series is called Agarest: Generations of War in EU, and the anal-retentive collector in me couldn't stand having the first game not match the others in series title ). In fact, I've already imported the third game in the series, CE, because I found a really good deal on it. Don't really feel like I have to have the CE's for these tho, just got that one because there was very little price difference between it & the standard version.

bf played FC4 yesterday and really enjoyed it.  He hasn't played the other FCs but the game looks beautiful.  There are a few random glitches, but they're the funny kind rather than the kind that makes you mad and ruins the game.  But yeah.. ugh, Unity... it's like they didn't even bother testing the actual product on someone's "normal" computer.

Now that I've finally fixed the troubles I was having with NIS America's online store, I put in a preorder for the limited edition of htoL#NiQ.

I figure they're still pretty busy with the mess from the new website, so I'm not even gonna bother trying to have those transferred for another couple months. Mine doesn't expire until next September anyways, so I'm in no rush.

You weren't interested in the LE of Shallie?  Didn't look too bad to me, but considering the number of titles you're picking up, I can understand being a little conservative.  The nice thing about games that *don't* have an LE is that I can hold off on buying them for a lil' bit... like Akiba's Trip or Fantasy Life.

I keep wondering if that will end up getting delayed again. It would've been nice to have seen it release back in July like it was originally supposed to. :'( According to this article, the game was almost half finished last January. What's taking them so long?
