Ive never heard that song by Days of the New before. theyre a wicked band! i just learned how to play their song Face of the Earth on bass the other day.

I mentioned this in passing in Site Feedback.

I went on an unplanned trip to the US to do some shopping this afternoon, and we stopped by the dollar store near the outskirts of town. I was browsing a shelf while I waited for my turn to pay and I saw one of those baggies that contain random comics. One of the comics was Spawn / Batman. The other... was this.



I had no idea it existed, and it's apparently a prequel to Alone In The Dark: The New Nightmare. o_o :D

My wonderful wife surprised me with this on Sunday.  It was probably my most anticipated blu-ray of the year:


I forgot how much I adored this movie until we sat down and watched it again.  PQ and sound are fantastic for a 25 year old movie.

It's worth the price of admission just to see Steve Martin's performance as the sadistic dentist.  I'd advise everyone at least give it a rental.

Picked up some CDs today:

Coldplay Rush of Blood to the Head: Coldplay is one of my favorite bands.  An excellent album!
Judas Priest Super Hits:  Saw this for five bucks and decided to give the band a try, really good!
Five Finger Death Punch War is the Answer: I had heard a few songs before by this band and really like their music.

I went to the mall today - it was a friend's birthday so I treated him to lunch. Afterwards, we walked around the stores and I found this in a store.



El Clon de Hitler - Hitler's Clone.

My brain pretty much bluescreened as I walked to the cash register to pay for this.

It cost me 25 Pesos - roughly two dollars.

I also picked up two sealed copies of Psych Season 6 for cheap. I tried to list them on Amazon but the site said they were a restricted item! Jerks!
