Don't know if any of you guys are sports fans at all, but I just got tickets to game 2 in the OKC Thunder/LA Clippers playoff series in Oklahoma City this Wednesday (just made a spur of the moment decision to go with a friend lol). I'm pretty jazzed.

I'm kicking myself for passing on that Zelda Wii U at that estate sale I went to Sat. for $200.  Seems that was a much better deal than I thought it was.    I don't currently even have a Wii since I let my mom have it, so I can't even play my Wii games - and it doesn't make any sense to me to buy another Wii when the Wii U will play them plus the new stuff.  Bah, I hadn't been pricing those systems lately so I didn't have a good frame of reference...and it was early....and...and....the sun was in my eyes.

Sorry to hear about your missed opportunity on that WiiU bundle...I'd have likely done the same since I haven't really been pricing them or looking to buy one.  Don't feel too bad about it...it happens to all of us! 

Btw, have you heard of and/or do you know anything about this PS3 game?

I'm thinking that it looks just like one of *our* kind of games -but- the only name that I see associated with it that I've heard of, know anything about, and that I'm familiar with...is 5pb

All's well that ends well!  A friend on another board pointed me to a Groupon deal today for the Skylander's Swap Force Wii U bundle, $215.  It even comes w/ a $25 Groupon credit, so I can probably grab a game with that at some point.  And I have no interest in Skylander's either, so I'll either sell or trade it for something else.  I'm happier w/ an actual new system anyway, so yay! 

Oh, bonus!  I remembered this afternoon that when I was last at Toys R Us they had some of their Wii U accessories on sale so I swung by there after work - got a battery pack to extend the charge length of the controller, a cradle to recharge it in & a Turtle Beach headset made for the system all for $25!

Well *sorta* - the $50 sets are partial sets, so you need all 3 of them to have the complete series that's included in the $134 & $200 sets.
