Happy birthday! I'm also a June birthday; 6/6. Such a great month for a birthday!

In other news I'm done with Mind Zero. Not done as in I finished the game, but done as in I'm over it and I'm going to play something else. Such a shame that the game couldn't keep up the momentum. How is Demon Gaze? I don't have a problem with dungeon crawlers, but I do have a problem when I can't see my characters attacking the enemies.

I know. I'm weird.

Did you play Guided Fate Paradox?

I guess that makes both of us.  Wanted to also enjoy the Etrian Odyssey series(NDS-3DS) and Wizardry: Tale Of The Forsaken Land (PS2) but could never get past the first-person-perspective-esque JRPG battle system.

Please check out the games I have for sale.

*OUCH*

Missing out on TotFL is, IMO, missing out on A LOT.

Too bad you couldn't get past that.

I almost put it down myself (because I didn't like having to use a D-Pad-Only control scheme).

My first RPGs were that first-person dungeon crawler style - I'm pretty sure The Bard's Tale on the C64 was the first RPG I ever played, and I was also a big fan of the early Might & Magic games.

BTW, that style isn't a Japanese style since those Western games were the ones that created it - Wizardry was the very first I believe.  It heavily influenced games like Dragon Quest, and of course today the Japanese are just about the only ones still making games in that style so it's easy to think it was Japanese in origin, but nope. ;)

Just thought I'd share this:

My final choice on the printer I got when I needed to replace it was the IP2600 by Canon.

Can anyone guess why that was the final choice for me? ;D

Is it just me, or has anyone else been missing seeing Matt & Scott around as much as they used to be?

That's not what I meant. I mean, it was news back then, did something happen in the lawsuit to bring this back or were news sites so bored that they had to pull something from six months ago? :P

Oh.

I'm not sure.

Seeing it mentioned in a (local) paper today really was my 1st time seeing/hearing about it!
