So I just did the ice bucket challenge thing. About 80 gallons of ice water dumped from about 20 feet high. Go me!

That's one hell of a way to take the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge, tpugmire!  Pretty cool, though...   :o

I liked it for you.  Amazing video and very cool.  But I have one question, does your "son" know his name?  He even refers to himself as "the boy" lol  ;)  ;)

Yeah. He's got a name. It's Isaac. He just likes saying "The Boy" when the camera's on.

Even moreso when you add "Kings" & "Metal"/"Liquid" to the mix   :o

I did the ice bucket challenge over the weekend. It was fun and I'm glad the disease is getting more recognition. It is probably the worst disease you can get. My great grandmother died of it.

I'm still cleaning and testing stuff for Retropalooza. I ran across some brown sauce on some of the carts. I laughed to myself.

Blargh.

I've been hunting down this damn DVD set for the past two years or so. Most of the time it's being sold by idiot Amazon sellers who want $250 for it. I've only bought it twice: One time I got a scratched up set and the artwork was severely damaged.

I finally snagged it for six bucks last week... and got it today. The morons cut up the artwork so it would fit inside a regular-width DVD case and all the discs are scratched... -_- and this is supposed to be a GOOD DVD store, Second Spin, who allegedly never take in any scratched or damaged items on trade.

I've already asked for a refund. Sigh. :(

No worries at all, my friend. I never got to meet her, but from what I hear she was one of a kind and actually helped contribute to ALS research. In other news, jfloydLunar from RPG:EE and I are kicking around the idea of him heading to Nashville in October. You should come, too! Cloud and I can show you all the kick ass video game stores!
