Looks like Amazon has it listed as out of stock again. And the reseller assholes are trying to jack the price up on it again. Total bullshit. This is one thing I hate about gaming culture currently.

I got my copy last week, HA!

Weird that US stores would be having trouble getting the game in...

It is quite bullshit that people are jacking the price up just because retailers are late on getting it in stock.

My estimated delivery date is still Feb 6th from Amazon. But I think I'll be one of the ones getting it pushed back. No big deal though. I'm currently playing 2 different RPGs and a SHMUP.

I just stopped by Gamestop and had my fears confirmed re: why I never got a text message from them to pick up my preorder - they haven't received their batch either.  They said it might not arrive until the 8th...?  I'm in the same boat as Scott, though - no time to play the game right now anyway.

If anything, I went ahead and preordered the 3DS bundle... It's just so pretty, and I figure I can leave it sealed and sell it if I need to.

Ya. I don't really care either. I could use it being a little late. Since I'm pretty broke anyway and this year's snowboarding trip is painful on the 'ol wallet. So if it doesn't come for a week, even, I'd still be ok w/ it.

That seems to be the same story everywhere

I saw the "shipping delay" notice on Amazon for the last week or two, but assumed maybe it was just for their shipper, not necessarily almost all US shipments.  But ah well.  There were some mentions of it in news articles yesterday, too, apparently.

I'm fine with the delay as long as I get my two artbooks :P

Instead of pre-ordering from a local Gamestop store (as I'd do ~90% of the time); possibly just out of laziness :P

I just pre-ordered on-line from GS...when I checked my e-mails this morning - there was a shipping confirmation for my 2 copies (+2 art books) / here's to more, future laziness  ;)

Ya. I have Castlevania: Lords of Shadow: Mirror of Fate on pre-order via their online store. Mainly because I didn't want to worry about if some putz clerk would forget to give me my bonus. ha

Yeah - I'm seriously considering turning my 'exception' (of ordering from 'em on-line instead of at the store)...into my *rule*!

I preordered one copy in store and the other online but *shipped* to the store (so I don't have to pay shipping costs).  Here's hoping that I get both artbooks!

That's not a bad way to do things, either :)
