Actually, the game didn't get much controversy in Japan, but it got a lot of controversy in the west.

It's funny 'cause the super violent games from the West get labeled Adult Only over there.

Of course games like this usually don't get rated at all. Because they're only sold to adults. As they should be. I don't agree with the game's contents either but I'm not gonna stop anyone from buying them if they want.
