Tootsie Rolls are my favorite of the candy that is left at the bottom of the bowl after everything has been picked through.  Not the best, but when you are desperate for some candy and all that is left is the weird stuff they are pretty good.

I stand by what I said. Tootsie Rolls are like the oatmeal raisin cookies of the candy world. They don't taste that bad on their own, but the disappointment is crushing when you are expecting a rich, chocolately treat and bite in to find cocoa-flavored denture glue.

Ya'll are making me feel like a slacker. Haven't picked anything up yet because I get paid on a monthly schedule!

But I did find two games (dupes) that I apparently did not trade in so my gift will be over the minimum and there is 2 more things off their wishlist!

I feel your pain. I'm also on a monthly salary, and I'm getting it a few days late due to a processing error. Had some freelance work to fall back on for now, but nothing is worse than doing the bulk of your Christmas shopping in the middle of December. /first world problems Glad to hear you had some dupes.

Tootsie Rolls are kind of nasty. They get stuck in your teeth and don't taste very good. That said, they have the best jingle of all the candies.

Wow, I didn't realize there were so many people that didn't like Tootsie Rolls. They're definitely not bottom of the barrel for anyone I know - matter of fact, they're probably one of the first things to get picked out of a mixed bowl of candy.

And if I see any vanilla Tootsie Rolls, I will hurt someone to get them. HURT!

I actually kind of like the vanilla ones.  Really good if mixed with the chocolate flavor.  It's the fruit ones that are disgusting.
