The use of PlayStation Studios is for branding purposes only. Titles are still published by Sony Interactive Entertainment, as evident from Sony's store page and back cover text.

Relevant past discussion of PlayStation Studios when discussing other Sony published titles, which can be read prior to the quoted post:

For this specific title, the requirements to add PlayStation Studios to dev/pub are:
1. On the physical release, there is no logo for SIE but there is a logo for PlayStation Studios
2. On the PSN store if the dev/pub for this title specifically says PlayStation Studios

If either of these are satisfied, it can be added.

God of War: Ragnarök doesn't meet either condition, nor does any Sony published game since the branding change.
