Related to this, shouldn't it use the trade name (as shown in the box) instead of the legal name (as registered in the UK Companies House)?

They used that name on other releases:

If we had the ability to link companies together, so that a single publisher ID could be linked to two different "names" then we could consider adding a separate entry for Sold Out.
