Wow. While the Nintendo DS is a good handheld, I don't think I could find that many games worth playing on it. There was a lot of shovelware.

I recently completed my NES boxed/CIB Konami 'gray box' collection.  Most of them are complete, but I'm missing a few manuals, but I'm still calling it a milestone.  I'm into boxes more than I am manuals.

I really wish I had more interest in handheld devices. The game libraries are amazing, I just hate the little screen and the need to recharge in between.

I've loved handheld systems since the Game Boy. Its nice to be able to take the game you're playing anywhere and be able to pass time with it.

Plus I've always believed that the smaller screen (starting and especially on GBA and DS) made the games look better than if they were TV consoles. The Game Boy Micro for example has one of the nicest screens available at the time, compared to the pre-backlit GBAs and launch DS.

Handhelds/laptop are pretty much all the gaming I can manage these days - the idea that I can hog the family TV for an indeterminate amount of time to play some RPG is laughable  :'(
