Yeah, I got my issue of Game Informer last week and found the card stuck inside whilst reading on the way to the GDC awards - forgot to mention it to the forum!

I don't know how much the issue costs individually, but the annual membership fee is $15.

What, Club Nintendo? It's a program that entices you to register your Nintendo games and consoles in exchange for "coins" that you can redeem for some nifty things.

I think @soera means the Game Informer.  It comes with a pro membership at Gamestop; I'm pretty sure nowhere else sells it.  I've seen the issues at Gamestop so I'm wondering if individual copies can be bought or if they can only give you one when you sign up for a pro account.

ya it's a GameStop only mag. I need to go there and see if I can get one, I never recieved this month's issue...
