I'm not going to see it in the theaters. But I might watch it later at some points if the reviews are decent. I thought the trailer I saw looked cool, but not enough to make me really hyped for it.

I was almost fine with the teasing if they had just made them short battles instead of cutting away.

Yeah, seeing Godzilla beating up the Muto for a few seconds on a tiny TV screen just wasn't enough. But the final battle scenes... totally worth it. When we saw his spines glowing... oh man!

I hope the blu-ray has a director's cut or something which shows the battles and monster destruction more.

Just saw Godzilla in theater and it was super awesome.  They did the big Zilla pretty well.

I also just saw it. I really enjoyed it, but I thought they overdid it on the teasing and the "here's the beginning of a fight scene that you won't get to see".
... But when we finally get to the big battles... oh man. Makes the genericness of the rest of the story completely worth it (I feel the story should've been more about Serizawa than the generic military dude with no personality).

The sequel was already announced, and I'm hyped for that. Now that they basically spent a whole movie building up the character, we can get a whole movie that's more about the actual monster fights. I kinda assume the sequel will feature a classic monster alongside Godzilla, and probably another new one.

Gamestop is doing it again with another exclusive One Piece game, This time for the Vita.
One Piece Unlimited World Red is being released on PS3, 3DS and Vita but only the Vita Version is exclusive. (that I know off)
If anyone else recall the Wii and 3DS exclusive One Piece games came out and where gone quick making the game go up in value.
Thought I'd give you all a heads up to reserve your copy of the Vita version in case this game too become scarce.

Kinda bummed the game isn't going to be on the Wii U.

It's announced for Wii U actually, but it's only downloadable.

Your lack of Yars' Revenge in the games worth playing part makes me very sad. And Jungle Hunt also

I wouldn't say the 2600 is amazing, but it's still a very fun console to this day, with a handful of solid more arcadey games, and some of the multiplayer stuff with the paddles is interesting.

Slightly related... I just picked up the Street Fighter... Deck-building card game! Seems like it could be fun.

Nah, that's pretty terribly really.  I'll be the nice guy here and take it off your hands though as it's just not worth the trouble to keep it.

Send the turbobooster over here, I'll take special care of getting rid of that one.

Got my copy of Demon Gaze. Amazon were gonna be late at shipping it again (my fourth order in a row of them being slow), so I complained and they both updated my order to one-day shipping, shipped it right away and also gave me a 5$ promotional code that I won't be using for a while.

How goes it with the new home!?

I'm waiting for Demon Gaze to get here, amazon.ca have been total crap recently so I'm not gonna use them anymore, at least for a while. I should have it hopefully next week, but most likely the week after... Unless I complain again (that would be 4 orders in a row that shipped late, and the third one of those that I'll be complaining about to them).

As for the house, well. Waiting on my mortgage broker to finalize everything with the lender (calling him today, actually), then I have to meet with a lawyer to sign some papers, and by mid-may I'll have my keys and will be able to start moving stuff. Visiting the house again today too, gotta measure stuff.

My Sorcery Saga LE arrived today. 

And I also just got it, but the standard edition. I just wanted the game but not digitally, so it was on sale at Play-Asia and I got it there (the game wasn't released physically in Canada, as far as I can find... so apparently getting it from japan was the best choice).
