It comes down to if you want to go practical (Apple Watch) or entertaining (PS4 Pro)
I own both a PS4 Pro and an Apple Watch, and I would go with the Apple Watch. While I love my PS4 pro when I use it, I use my Apple Watch daily. The upgrades the pro has over an OG PS4 are awesome and quite noticeable, but if you've made it this far with an OG PS4 and are okay with it I'd go with the watch. Now if you were planning on getting a 4K HDR television soon then it'd be a different story.

I adore Pokemon, but I'm skipping Let's Go for now. The game looks pretty, but ultimately it looks so lacking in the gameplay department. It's a nostalgia trip which is fine, but I've played through Kanto and it's many iterations already. I don't need to go through that region again. I'll wait for Gen 8 or a major price drop on Let's Go.

Very boring Direct. This is the kind of Direct I expected from Wii-U era Nintendo. Completely killed my hype for Smash Ultimate. Ken and Incineroar are fine, and Piranha Plant is so weird that I like it.
Spirits mode looks like a grindfest. The amount of content in this game is still insane, but this direct was a very poor showing of the game and I am questioning whether I'll buy it at launch.

Evil Dead and The Shining. I like horror, but I those two I think are some of the most overrated horror movies I've seen.
Rogue One. I couldn't care less about the characters.

« on: April 07, 2018, 01:02:23 am »Re-Animator, The Thing, Evil Dead II, The Beyond, Day of the Dead, and A Nightmare on Elm Street are some of my favourites.I'll second A Nightmare on Elm Street. Freddy is such a creepy villain. The whole movie is like a gory Twilight Zone episode.
