Recently got a 1-ALL of the arcade Super Contra. Loop 2 is just horrible and throws too much crap at you given how odd the controls are in this game.

I also got a ALL clear of the og arcade Contra, a 3-ALL of Nes Contra 1, and midway through loop 2 in  nes Super C.

Knowing Working Designs games, collectors heavily go after the stuff in their library, so it's only natural that theres a decent demand for it ( including Raycrisis which is even pricer).

 When it comes to gameplay, I think Raystorm is good, but personally i'd put Raycrisis and Rayforce on top, especially on the latter which is not only a good challenge for a 1cc,  but has lots of great score potential, and is more balanced in game design compared to Raystorm.

A review is up for JoJo's Bizarre Adventure HD.

Nice review!

If I recall correctly, the ps1 port has a super story mode w/ a point based system based on your time/ remaining health and defeating your opponents in specific ways like the manga and goes through all the battles in part 3. In addition, there was a bunch of unlocklables like mini-games, sound test, cpu battles. etc.
However, the HD version is most likely based on the Dreamcast port, which would explain the lack of unlockables/ stuff to do, while maintaining a near perfect arcade port. The PS1 port does have a lot of cut animation and downgrades to get it to run on the system, but it stinks that the extra stuff wasn't made available on the HD version.

On a reg 3DS, Code of Princess stutters pretty excessively. I've played through it a couple of years ago, and it got pretty repetitive as time went on. There is also a PC port that doesn't seem to have slowdown issues as well.

Two days ago, I finally got my 1st 1cc of Fighter & Attacker, a 1992 arcade-only stg from Namco, and somehow nobody else has done it yet. Its a very love-hate game, due to having a great ost, selection of planes, and some interesting gameplay sections, although the huge hitbox, lack of invincibility time, and nasty spread patterns turn me off. Didn't help that the end game bonus is so huge compared to the rest of the game's scoring.

I'm hoping to record a replay soon, and then move on to some other stuff, such as Granada ( for the Geny), and maybe Dragon Spirit. :p

Baby Killer has been the only good movie I've seen so far this summer. Most of the other ones i saw ( The Mummy, War of Planet of the Apes, etc) have just been pretty disappointing, so I've mostly been watching older stuff whenever I'm at home.

Not really accurate; popular music has always been around for centuries and takes many influences from other genres while still focusing on its main goal of appealing to a general audience.
For rap, most of its influence is from blues, West African tribal music, jazz, funk, along with some other genres as well.
