New Retro Gamer Mags Stopped?

Have new submissions to the Merchandise/Magazines category been stopped? I have been trying to add Retro Gamer Magazine Load 254 to the magazine category and have been unsuccessful. Can you explain why?

There is nothing wrong with the database, as new entries are still being made and have been for the week or two you've been trying to submit one yourself. I've probably removed five or six empty entries that you've made so far in that time. Refer to the below topics:
