so should I resend these images or no?

You can, and they will be approved, yes. The reason why they were rejected before is because edited photos are mentioned in the style guide as something not to do but can be allowed on a case-by-case basis, so I needed someone else to provide their feedback.

There does not appear to be any solid evidence of this games existence - https://vgcollect.com/item/169270 .
Most likely did not release as it appears Xicat interactive became defunct in 2003 Only thing suggesting its release is a date on gamefaqs which is February 13, 2004.

Chrono Sword
https://vgcollect.com/item/211447

Game doesn't exist for Switch, it's not out on any platform, and there is no pending physical release in any region.

Cops 911

Game doesn't exist at all.  I confirmed with Toplitz Productions years ago that it was cancelled.

Chrono Sword is a Kickstarter game that hopes to release on digital storefronts, but has not been announced.

LittleBIGPlanet vs LitteBigPlanet - don't know where to go but all entries of the series are written identical on the cover.

Technically, both stylization choices are correct according to the style guide. However, there is really no reason we should rely on arbitrary capitalization choices for titles and instead should rely on sentence-case. With that said, LittleBigPlanet is much more preferred, and I would advise to use that style.

I will also note that all uppercase lettering for words or titles should only be done in instances of their being acronyms. So, something like "LEGO" should be formatted as "Lego" as it is a word of sorts, but "NASCAR" is correct because it is an acronym for National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing.

In the category listings:
Shouldn't Dragon's Lair (HD-DVD) [NA] https://vgcollect.com/item/105561 be moved to TV DVD Games instead of the current SWAG promo video category?
Currently playing:
Rogue Trooper [xbox]
Days Gone [ps4]

Correct. I've updated the category for 105561.

Most Switch item numbers do not have dashes in them. (For example, HAC P A96QB vs HAC-P-A96QB) https://www.vgcollect.com/item/236312

Advanced style guide says to include the number as is, including dashes in PlayStation items even if they are not present. What's the consensus for Switch item numbers?

EDIT: My edits to some item numbers were rejected because we're also prioritizing regional Switch item numbers but this is also not stated in the style guide as far as I can see.

Right now, numbers for all items including Nintendo Switch but with the exception of Sony items should be submitted to the Item Number field as written on packaging. So, in the instance of 236312, HAC P A96QB without hyphens should be submitted.

This rule is not formally stated in the style guides, but we should prioritize information that is most specific regarding region to the item in question itself and especially when numerous regional variants exists, such as with European items.

Example:
Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope (general EU) | TSA-HAC-A2G7A-SCN
Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope [DE] | TSA-HAC-A2G7A-GER
Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope [UK] | TSA-HAC-A2G7A-UKV

All above items share the standard product number HAC-P-A2G7A also found on the back cover.

Okay! I think regional prioritization should definitely be in the style guide as that is news to me and makes a large difference with Switch games which all have 2 numbers.

This rule is not formally stated in the style guides

It is covered in the "Items with Multiple Item Numbers" (on the back) section of the Item Number post in the ADV Guide
