Thank you guys! I'm so very, very excited to be working in the video games industry, especially with Ubisoft. It's not going to be easy, but it's most likely going to be so much more fun than anything I've ever done before And they give us a LOT of resources for so many things; seriously, the Ubi life is amazing, and I've only just gotten a small taste of it yet.

Why did I get a computer and download Steam?  All these cheap games and not enough time!  Seriously, these damn things are like a buck.  I can forgo physical if things are this cheap.

Tonight is Barry Manilow's concert. I'm pretty excited, but I hate that it'll be a late night. Having to go to work the following day will make the day drag.

Next Wednesday is "May the 4th be with you" day.  The Disney Store will have a limited edition die-cast metal Prototype Boba Fett figure as part of the "Elite Series" line.  I fully plan on playing hooky to be one of the first in line when the store opens.  First 50 through the door who make a purchase also receive a free limited edition Boba Fett pin.  They are going to have some other Disney Store exclusive goodies and I'm going to make sure I have a "fistful of dollars" when I go.

Sooo... a few minutes ago it looked like some kind of blizzard was going on outside. Now the snow has stopped and the sun is shining. Canada eh?

Sooooooo fucking cute - Love must be in the air!

Saw a bunch of goslings floating down the lagoon in my backyard over the weekend and, this morning when I walked out of my front door, there's a shrub to the immediate left and, nestled under it -very camouflaged and only visible from 1 angle - is a fierce mama duck...she's seriously fierce, folks - doesn't flinch or bat a wing at me and the gf talking/walking less than 6" away from her, cars starting, leaving, arriving, etc...Go moms!
