Isn't the estimate on people without power over 7 million?

Ya something like that, which is crazy to think about.

Also,

Has anyone else been replacing Hurricane Sandy and Storm with Zombie Apocalypse and Pandemic?

Went through my collection, removing all instances of duplicates, consoles, controllers, peripherals, accessories, and stuff like that to give me a solid figure of how many GAMES I have, not including consoles and such.

Only 739, compared to what I thought was 820-ish. :/

I did that earlier, but I just did it with math. Took all my consoles, accessories, books, etc and added them all together then subtracted it from the total and ended up with 828 Games, compared to 984 Items. But I like being able to keep track of everything game related that I own, so I plan on keeping it all listed.

I just threw out three and a half bags of garbage. Said garbage included a ton of old computer games.

Why did I throw them out?

1: They're unsellable
2: They're unplayable
3: Nobody would take them because shipping costs are freakin' insane
4: Most of the games were worthless

And that's how I got rid of my India-region copies of Sabrina The Teenage Witch and Barbie Princess.

Heh.
Cool!

This just might be the 1st thread that I've started (anywhere - IIRC) to get "stickied" :P

BTW:

If anyone has the time & the inclination to submit photos for:

A.  (The game) "Golden Axe: Beast Rider" for the NA/PS3
and
B.  (The strategy-guide for) "Paper Mario Sticker Star" for the NA/3DS...

I'd appreciate it greatly as it *VEXES* me greatly to have 'Un-Photo'd' entries next to the items in my collection  ???

P.S.

I've already submitted everything for these 2 items *EXCEPT* the pics (I still don't have 100% usage of my computer/console(s)/Internet signal strength & access yet)...

THANKS!

I just submitted images for those two, though PM:SS's guide doesn't give much in terms of image results.  I just found a 'shopped cover from a store, so hopefully that'll tide you over for a bit.

EDIT: Never mind, just found a proper guide image on eBay.  Submitting a new image now!

EDIT #2: Hm, eBay actually shows two diff images - one with a "bonus sticker sheet" while the other doesn't.  Do you know anything about it?

Did you know, you can here the sound effects from Galaga near the end of Babylon Fading from the American Prayer album by Jim Morrison? Kinda neat useless knowledge.

@DeSocietas:

I can confirm that the one that I have *DOES* both (mention on the front cover) & have a "Bonus" page with 20+ stickers/decals on it...

I'm not sure if there's another one that *Doesn't* have the stickers; as I bought the only copy of the guide that my local GS had when I picked up the game.

Thanks for adding the pics, though - you're *Awesome*
 ;)

Oh ok, cool.  Then I added the right one.  Looks like there's another one (without sticker sheet & relevant text):

Might be worth making a separate item record for the one that doesn't come with the sticker sheet as it has different text on the cover.  In any case, good to know in case I pick up a guide for the game!

Hmmn...

Is it possible that the one that you posted the pic. of (w/o the stickers) is for the EU/another region & that the stickers are either a "Gamestop" and/or "NA" exclusive???

Other than that, I can't imagine that it would be a sound business/economical decision to pay for the printing of 2 *Identical* (except for the "sticker-page") guides...

Hm, interesting question.  We all know that non-North Americans can't handle tacky paper.
