There aren't many game related things on it, but there will be!
Thought you guys might like this idea.
I built this long shelf for all of $15, to store all of my media but ended up letting my little brother use it.
It spans nearly the entire length of the wall!

I make music.
I'm really cool, you should tell your friends about me :P

I love the look so far Scott! I would definitely add in another shelf, it would just give them all a bit of breathing room.

New Game Room pics!

This is the new retro game room at the new house! I set up the NES, SNES, N64, GameCube, Genesis, Saturn and PS2 to the CRT, but didn't have room for the Xbox. The 360, PS3 and Wii are in the living room hooked up to the HD TV. I still need to come up with a bookcase for my strategy guides tho and I need to get my Castlevania poster framed yet too.

Thanks Jcalder! I'm pretty pleased with the set up. But I agree, the Castlevania shrine needs another shelf.

And, that's a pretty nice set up Kimimi!

It'd be nice to do a proper arrangement (like everyone else!) but that's not really going to happen until we buy a house instead of rent :/

Ya, my previous set up was in a dining room of my sister's house. Basically the main floor of the house was 2 living rooms with the dinner table inbetween.

I'm so glad to finally have a legit place to set up my stuff however I want.

Thanks! I loaded up all of those systems just to look at the screen. I honestly believe that old systems look much better on CRTs, rather than HDTVs.

Also, I really can't wait til I have a deep bookcase for my guides. That'll really help fill out the other wall.

You have to remember that apart from cool cities in other states, rural areas are all practically identical across the US. A small town in Cali, New Jersey, Ohio, Washington, etc. will be just as podunk as one in OK.

I can confirm this (having lived in several states representing just about all of the different 'major' areas of the country -*except* for the Pacific NW)  ;)

Only/biggest difference is that in "Podunk, N.J." the resident will likely be paying some of the highest insurance (car & other) costs in the country  >:(

As a Portland native, I can confirm that this city is basically a fortress of solitude surrounded by dozens of tiny, often creepy places. There's a certain degree of animosity from them directed toward the cities, mainly because our politics (extremely liberal) tend to dictate policy for the entire state.

Seattle is basically in the same situation, and there are some parts of Washington that I swear are straight out of Deliverance.

Duo-R/RX!! and is it a good idea to keep the Saturn on a sub like that?

It's an RGB modded Duo-R  8)

The sub's so big it's practically a small table, the Saturn's just fine there :)
