So, this happened yesterday.  I couldn't get away from work yesterday, so my wife went to pick this stuff up.  Craigslist deals still exist!  Dude kind of knew he had something, but "didn't know how to work ebay".  His loss is my game... er... I mean gain.

We did the video late last night.  This was actually the first time I'd looked through the stuff.  You get to enjoy it with me.

It's a little long, but it's worth it.

Nice pickups! I'm still looking for SNES Battletoads (Battle Maniacs) and Super Metriod. Also you chose your companion wisely.

Man that's awesome... I finally broke down and got the Japanese version of Dracula X a while back since it's considerably cheaper than the US version.

Insanely jealous of other people's yard sale offerings.   :'(

Good finds tho.  ;)  Great pickup on Defender! :P

Really great find there.  I'm gonna have to go back to trying garage sales again I feel as I'm not finding anything else at the flea market or thrift shops lately, particularly the flea market as they've really dropped the amount of people doing garage sales.  Apparently once it hits the hot times down in SWFL, they aren't as likely to come out for that.

I just got Gray Matter on Steam for free from a Viva Media customer service rep! I already owned the game in digital form at Amazon and GamersGate but they were giving away free keys to people with proof of purchase. I got lucky and got the second to last key. :D

I didnt recently purchase anything but I did get a few things in the mail anyhow. Kenny sent me a collector's edition of Guided fate paradox. Ive been looking for a copy of the game and he knows Ive been wanting to play it. Also Anruiukimi sent me some slime patches for my riding vest and to compliment the rest of my DQ collection. What an awesome way to come home from work last night to see both of those things waiting for me!! :D

Got a lot of stuff in the mail last week, but these are the things I'm most excited about:

Nier Replicant & Nier Gestalt framed print, signed by Yoko Taro and Yosuke Saito. Was not cheap, but it'll look fantastic on my wall shelf in a box in my closet. I really need to get some better shelving. :(

North American promotional displays for Siren - 1 large display box (possibly part of an incomplete set?) and 1 small standee. Both are in good condition and were remarkably cheap to boot.

From left to right:
- Drag-On Dragoon 3 stick poster set - Zero and One. These things are surprisingly crease-resistant. They also came with a Drag-On Dragoon 3 pop-up display kit featuring all the major characters, but I'm frankly terrified to photograph it, as it's so delicate. I need to find a way to display it properly.
- Dengeki PlayStation 2004 calendar card set - bought full set, but only for the Drag-On Dragoon card. The Tales of Symphonia card was a pleasant surprise. ;D
Always looking to buy Drakengard, Nier, and Siren collector's items.

Meet up with a fellow collector who was selling some of his collection, guy had some awesome stuff.
Here what I bought from him.

SNES
- Metal Marines (CIB)
- King of Dragons (CIB)

NES
- The Untouchables (Blue label)
- Rackets & Rivals (EU)
- Sidewinder (EU) with box
- Secret Scout  ;D
only 4 NES games left to get (not counting holy grails)

And I finally got a NES Power Glove (CIB) glove and sensor in great shape only issue is box is tore up on one side.  Now I'm finally as cool as Lucas Barton. ;D
