Nice pickups. those are both great games.

A friend of mine decided to sell off some of his duplicate consoles. So I bought them.

Although not pictured each came with at least one controller and all of the power and a/v hookups. All are in full working order (which we tested together and had quite a blast doing so.

Nice pickup!  I love the SMS.  The other two?  Not so much.

I'm starting to think that the TurboGrafx-16 is the most overrated system of all time.  I just can't find a game I like on it other than Bonk, and I have that for the NES.  I'm not a huge fan  of shooters, that may be why I don't' like the system that much.  It is just overhyped to the point that it's kind of obnoxious.

With that being said, it's still cool to say I have one.

I would agree with that statement about the TG16. If you're not into bomber man and shooters and don't want to settle for playing most games off the Turbo Everdrive then the cost of entry is just not worth it.

The 3DO on the other hand has an excellently well rounded library and you can still get a working console and decent games bundle for relatively cheap.

I already have an FZ10 and I love it.

Man what a couple random days. It's nice when people come to me. Some reason in this town I got the rep that I'm looking for stuff and give a fair price where as the other places in town don't give a whole lot.

Atari 2600:
Circus Atari
Megamania
Night Driver

Atari 7800:
Atari 7800 complete system with 4 controllers and all the hook ups for $20
Centipede
Donkey Kong Jr
Galaga
Ms. Pac-man
One-on-One
Pole Position II

Gameboy:
Ren & Stimpy Show Veediots
Solar Striker
Super Mario Land 2
Tetris

NES:
Hogan's Alley (3 Screw)
River City Ransom
Track & Field II
Vice Project Doom
Wizards & Warriors
WWF Wrestlemania

SNES:
Madden NFL 95
NBA Jam Tournament Edition
NBA Live 95
NBA Showdown
Super Pinball: Behind the Mask
Super Putty

Playstation 3:
Playstation 3 80GB
Dark Souls II

So I paid for everything (but the PS3 and Dark Souls), 55 bucks. Really can't complain bout that. Been wanting a copy of River City Ransom for a long time and I'm a sucker for systems that are almost as old as me. The story of the PS3 is my bud was cleaning out his house, it works but the disc reader is shot. I ordered a replacement off the internet so I get to learn how to repair a PS3 and it was free.

NES: Dragon Warrior
N64: Hot Wheels: Turbo Racing

My daughter starts kindergarten this week so it was kind of a starting school treat.

Shepard11, that $20 Atari 7800 pickup is an awesome score.

As long as you plan to tear your PS3 apart you might want to read my thread here:
http://vgcollect.com/forum/index.php/topic,5183.0.html

It includes some links and insights from when I did some work on one of my PS3's. It's still working 2 full years later. :)
