Yeah I was adding the game to my collection and saw that it still had an RP image (I think) so I added what the image based on what I own.
I don't think there's another version without the "best shooter 2014" image either, just from a quick scan of Ebay. The Limited Edition has a few variants though it seems
I picked up 4 and Primal last weekend and this series has so many silly "Limited Edition" w/ bonus editions it is ridiculous. There wasn't a standard edition entry for 4 on XB1 until I made it last week. They were all Limited and Complete editions.
The reason this happens is/was a debated topic here for some time. Do we allow people to create entries for games that haven't come out yet? The timeline for Far Cry 4 is one example of why this causes a problem for us. Here is an example:
1. Far Cry 4 announced for physical PS4 release
2. User creates Far Cry 4 entry with no art OR pre-release stock photo (with or without rating)
3. Game is released as Limited Edition
So at the point of release there is no "Far Cry 4" instead it is Far Cry 4 Limited Edition, which doesn't exist in the database. Then the entry that was made before the game comes out becomes a franken-entry. Some games never get anything besides a first print and sometimes those games only have an "Edition" when the game finally comes out. In the case of Far Cry 4, the "regular" version (that ends up having Best Shooter flag) is a reprint, non "Edition" release. And this is why trying to fix these entries is such a problem. They end up with the wrong item numbers and barcodes on them added later, and then collections are not correct either.
So this reason, as well as the fact that games get announced and never come out, are the main arguments as to why entries for things that do not yet exist should not have entries created for them.
