Kindly recreate entry that was merged with 220787

The newly-submitted Unpacking entry has been updated since it was submitted with only front art information. If there are any incorrect details that you would know that I don't on account that I do not own this item, please update it. I have also updated the entry name for the slipcover release to Unpacking (slipcover) since there were two entries in the sub-cat named "Unpacking."

Added the second entry because the front art was different from the first, but both share the same barcodes indeed, and I see dhaabi updated the first one’s box art accordingly.

As for naming the entry, the game was only released in Europe, seemingly somehow partly paid for by Mercedes Benz, and as far as I know there is only two versions of the game, this german/french one and a UK one (see here for instance: https://www.ebay.com/itm/304898421533)

Many older entries feature incorrect stock art, so that is something to consider before submitting new entries. Because 87750 already detailed EAN information, I updated the field with the correct art to match that specific item. The previous image featured a yellow USK rating only which does not exist, as you mentioned.

Duly noted. I guess that means that when front art image & EAN are inconsistent, then the EAN prevails?
Is there any sort of hierarchical list of entry fields somewhere to know what prevails on what? (say, in the absence of EAN, what prevails next? Is EAN the utmost truth about an item when no pic comes with said EAN? If not, what is then? The item number? Something else?)

Besides, do you want me to update the first entry fields before dealing with the dupe?

It depends on the specific circumstance. Most times in these sorts of situations, entries will be submitted without barcode information but front art, only to be supplied with the former later by another member. In the past, staff did not make a strong effort in verifying information, which is why many older entries have conflicting information. I believe this is not so much of an issue now, but I can only attest to how I personally handle the edit queue. For every edit I respond to, I verify that information to my best ability. There are few instances when I can't verify barcode information, but it happens from time to time, so those edits will be approved blindly. Then, there are instances like with 87750 which the artwork is simply wrong that is still a problem because we allow stock art to be submitted.

Generally, when entries with conflicting entries are discovered, the end result depends on which information is oldest. So, any information that is original to the entry is certainly best. There are times when even originally-submitted information can be conflicting in itself which slightly complicates the issue, but that isn't that often.

When no other discerning details are available, objective information such as what's found in the Barcode field will determine the entry's identity.

You do not necessarily need to update other entries before submitting a new one. But, if there is reason to believe that something is in error, it's best to question it in the Error Listings topic so that staff can look into it. The reported duplicate entry will be handled by an Admin since it's been reported here, which is likely to be done tomorrow.
